This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through https://ai-humanizer.space/ .
Except where required by applicable law, all payments are generally non-refundable.

By purchasing a subscription, annual plan, or top-up credits, you acknowledge that the service may provide immediate access to digital functionality, AI processing capacity, and credits.
Subscription fees are charged in advance. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not create a refund, credit, or prorated refund for the remaining billing period, except where required by applicable law.
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full annual term. If you cancel an annual plan, cancellation stops the next renewal but does not create a refund, credit, or prorated refund for the current annual term, except where required by applicable law.
Subscription credits are allocated for the applicable billing cycle. Unused subscription credits do not roll over and expire at the end of the billing cycle, except where required by applicable law or where we approve otherwise at our discretion.
Top-up credits are additional usage credits that may be purchased by active subscribers, subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase.
Top-up credit purchases are generally non-refundable, including unused or expired top-up credits, except where required by applicable law, in cases of verified duplicate charges or billing errors, or where we approve a refund at our discretion.
Top-up credits expire after the validity period shown at purchase. Expired top-up credits cannot be used, restored, transferred, or refunded, except where required by applicable law or where we approve otherwise at our discretion.
Top-up credits add extra usage credits only. They do not unlock, extend, or preserve subscription plan features. If your subscription ends while you still have unexpired top-up credits, those credits may continue to be used until their stated expiration date, but only for the General writing scenario with the Basic Model. Other writing scenarios, advanced models, lock words, rephrase, priority support, lower credit rates, and other subscription-only features require an active subscription.
Credits are used to pay for AI processing attempts, not for guaranteed outcomes.
Credits may be deducted or reserved when you submit a processing request. Once an AI processing request has been initiated, the associated credits are non-refundable and are generally not eligible for credit restoration, except where required by applicable law or where we determine, at our discretion, that a billing correction is appropriate.
This applies even if the request does not produce a usable output, including cases where the input is incomplete, incorrect, unsupported, or unsuitable; the output quality is unsatisfactory; or the request is refused, blocked, or limited after AI processing has started due to violations of our terms or policies.
Subscription credits and top-up credits are generally non-refundable, including unused or expired subscription credits and unused or expired top-up credits, except where required by law, in cases of verified duplicate charges or billing errors, or where we approve a refund at our discretion.
AI-generated outputs are not refundable solely because you are dissatisfied with the result, including output quality, tone, accuracy, formatting, suitability, or third-party detection results.
We do not guarantee that any output will achieve a particular AI detection score, bypass any third-party detector, or be suitable for a specific purpose.
A failed request does not automatically qualify for a refund or credit restoration.
If a verified system error prevents an AI processing request from being initiated, we may restore the affected credits, provide replacement credits, or provide another reasonable remedy.
If an AI processing request has already been initiated, credits are generally consumed because compute and provider costs may already have been incurred.
Dissatisfaction with AI output quality, user input errors, unsupported use cases, third-party detector results, network issues outside our control, or misuse of the service are not considered system errors.
Credit restoration is evaluated case by case and is not guaranteed unless required by applicable law. Restored credits, if any, may be issued as replacement credits and may be subject to the same usage limits, feature limits, and expiration rules as the original credits.
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us at hello@ai-humanizer.space within 14 days of the charge.
If we verify a duplicate charge or billing error, we may issue a refund to the original payment method, provide an equivalent billing correction, or restore credits, as appropriate.
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider, please contact us at hello@ai-humanizer.space so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have to dispute unauthorized, erroneous, or unlawful charges.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, cancellation rights, refund rights, or remedies that may apply under the laws of your jurisdiction.
If applicable law requires a refund, cooling-off period, cancellation right, or other remedy, we will comply with those legal requirements.
